The Greenham lab’s research focuses on deciphering how internal timekeeping regulates plant fitness by coordinating physiological responses with the environment. The lab applies computational approaches that integrate temporally and spatially resolved transcriptomics with physiological and metabolic outputs in several species. These techniques are being used to uncover deeper insights into intraspecific variation in transcriptome dynamics, cell-type specific circadian regulation and new targets for crop improvement under abiotic stress.
The Greenham lab is committed to advancing scientific knowledge through research and education. We are constantly working to improve how we educate, communicate and collaborate so that we can provide a productive, focused research environment.
